What's Coming in Version 3.4

Version 3.4, titled "The Dream Not Dreamed," is the most anticipated patch since Wuthering Waves' launch. The headline feature is the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration — Wuthering Waves' first major cross-IP collaboration — now live as of June 8, 2026.

Confirmed by Kuro Games

The Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration has been officially confirmed by both Kuro Games and the Edgerunners team. Lucy (Lucyna Kushinada) and Rebecca join Wuthering Waves in 3.4, with Rebecca confirmed as a free limited 5-star via in-game event. The thematic fit is intentional — the Lahai-Roi region's tech-noir aesthetic aligns with Cyberpunk's setting.

Expected based on patch patterns

The confirmed 3.4 banner schedule: Lucy and Rebecca are featured from June 8 until July 9, 2026 (Rebecca is free via the Instant Flashlight event). Lucilla, the Headmistress of Startorch Academy, debuts June 13, 2026. Cartethyia reruns starting June 18, 2026. As collaboration characters, Lucy and Rebecca are unlikely to receive future reruns due to licensing constraints — making 3.4 a particularly resource-intensive patch.

The 3.4 livestream aired May 29, 2026, and dropped three codes: BEYONDTHEDOOR, STRANGEVISITORS, and SAYCHEESE — each worth 100 Astrites plus premium materials (300 Astrites total, enough for nearly 2 free pulls). The codes expired May 31, 2026. See the Livestream Code Archive for full reward details.
