WuWa Status is built and maintained by a small group of community members. We don't always respond instantly, but we read every message and take feedback seriously.

What to email about

Spotted an error? If a maintenance time is wrong, a patch detail is incorrect, or compensation amounts don't match what Kuro announced, let us know. Include a link or screenshot of the official source if you have one.

Feature requests. Want a banner schedule page? A pity counter? A specific kind of regional breakdown? We're prioritizing the next pages based on what the community actually asks for.

Press, partnerships, or sponsorship inquiries. If you represent a relevant brand or product the WuWa community would benefit from, reach out via the email above. We're selective about what we feature, but open to conversations.

Takedown requests. If you are a representative of Kuro Games or hold copyright to material we've referenced and would like content adjusted or removed, email us with details. We respond to legitimate requests within 48 hours.

What we won't help with

We can't help with account recovery, refunds, in-game bugs, payment issues, or anything that requires Kuro Games' direct involvement. For those, please contact Kuro Games support directly.

Response times

We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. During major patch days and maintenance windows, response times may stretch — we're usually heads-down keeping the site updated.
